Simultaneous Compression and Absorption for Energy‐Efficient Dissolution of Gases in Liquid

چکیده

In this study, a novel approach for energy-efficient dissolution of gases in liquid is presented, which significantly reduces the compression work. The core one-step process simultaneous operation and absorption. was injected into cylinder filled with gas, while piston compressed mixture during injection time. solubility increases increasing system pressure, so that work gas phase permanently reduced on one hand by permanent reduction volume other nearly isothermal process. demonstrated study using H2O gaseous CO2 up to 10 bar. theoretical energy savings compared conventional two-stage 41.2 % selected fluids. A maximum saving 40.8 experiments. results also show depends curve speed
